About Us
In the spring of 2023 I started laying the groundwork for what would become Talk Nerd Tee To Me. I've always had a fondness for nerdy tees, but when I would go looking for something in particular, or friends would be looking for some niche obscure t-shirt design, I, much like those friends, would come up empty. Armed with only a little green notebook full of ideas, an incredibly supportive spouse, and 18 years of retail management experience, I set to work on building my own business. A business that caters to those nerdy individuals, like myself, with passions and interests ranging all over the map.
We specialize in t-shirts and stickers that scratch that nerdy itch whether it be Shakespeare, starting with our Little + Fierce line inspired by the character of Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream, or horror icons in our Final Girl line of tees, totes and stickers. We also cater to math nerds, movie buffs, and even yogis (the yoga enthusiasts, not the bear) with a wide variety of options throughout our catalog.
We're always at work on new designs with some concepts coming for the true crime fans, coders, and movie buffs. With new merchandise entering the shop regularly, it's an endeavor I'm excitedly looking forward to continuing to grow and develop.
Our adult t-shirts are all super soft and comfortable (printed on Gildan's Soft Style line), and most of our designs are printed with sensory awareness in mind. One thing I absolutely hate about t-shirts is being able to feel the design through the shirt against my skin. It's all I end up thinking about throughout the day, so finding a printing method that removes that from a lot of our product has personally been a tremendous victory for me. I wear our Talk Nerd Tee To Me t-shirt in three different colors throughout the week while I'm out and about, and I don't think about the shirt at all when I have it on, which removes a huge mental block for me throughout the day.
